Installing Aichi Tokei compressed-air and gas monitoring meters at a motorcycle-parts factory
Amitech installed an Aichi Tokei Japan compressed-air and gas measurement and monitoring system at a motorcycle-parts factory, helping optimise energy use and reduce operating costs.

As factories accelerate energy optimization and digital transformation, monitoring compressed-air and gas consumption plays an important role in reducing operating costs. To help enterprises improve performance and manage energy more effectively, Amitech deployed a system of compressed-air and gas consumption meters from Aichi Tokei (Japan) for a motorcycle parts manufacturing plant in Vietnam.
- *Aichi Tokei is a long-established brand in industrial measurement, well known for its compressed-air and gas flow meter lines, which feature high accuracy, outstanding durability, and stable operation in factory environments. The devices support various communication standards such as 4-20 mA, Pulse, and Modbus, enabling easy integration with SCADA, IoT, and EMS systems. This is why many Japanese factories choose Aichi Tokei** equipment for their most stringent measurement requirements.

For this project, Amitech conducted a survey of the factory's compressed-air and gas systems to determine optimal installation positions. The technical team assessed factors such as piping, pressure, flow rate, and operating conditions in order to select the most suitable equipment models.
Following the survey, Amitech supplied genuine Japanese compressed-air and gas flow meters along with connection accessories, electrical cabinets, and signal converters in line with factory standards.
Installation followed strict technical procedures: work was carried out on existing piping, signals were connected to the central control center, and the equipment was integrated with the factory's existing monitoring system. The system enables real-time tracking of gas consumption data, supports comparisons across production lines, and triggers alerts when abnormal consumption or signs of compressed-air leakage are detected.
Thanks to the new measurement and monitoring system, the factory has gained tighter control of compressed-air and gas usage, reducing energy costs and improving equipment performance. Clear, automated data also helps the enterprise better meet energy audit requirements and the ISO 50001 standard for energy management.
With experience deploying many measurement and automation projects for Japanese and Vietnamese factories, Amitech always delivers solutions optimized to each enterprise's real needs. An experienced engineering team combined with genuine equipment is the foundation that allows Amitech to ensure efficiency, reliability, and quality in every project.
